Do you ship to all U.S., and how long will it take?

Absolutely! We ship to all U.S. territories. Delivery times vary by carrier, and you can track your order using the provided tracking number for updates.

How long will it take to ship my new product if I return it because it arrived damaged?

Once your defective product arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within seven business days for shipping.

When can I ask for a new item instead of the one I got?

You can ask for a new one only if what you got is broken. Please make sure to check all the details about the item before you buy it.

Returns

At CHT.STORE, changes are only made due to manufacturing defects in the product, changes due to tastes or preferences are not accepted.

Steps for change:

The customer must notify immediately that they receive the product that is damaged or has a defect that prevents its use, this must be done by our email: [Chtstore.co@gmail.com](mailto:Chtstore.co@gmail.com) The advisor will be in charge of telling you the steps to follow.

The deadline to express your desire to exchange is 1 day (24 hours) after receiving the product.

Any request made outside of the aforementioned times is *AUTOMATICALLY DISABLED*

You must keep in mind that the changes imply:

- Shipping costs associated with the change will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Only one change per item is allowed.
- The customer agrees to return the item in the exact conditions in which it was received, within the established period.
- The customer has the option to exchange the item for another item(s) available on our website, of equal or higher value. In case of a higher value, the client must pay the difference.
